US Loan Mod Law does not directly offer loan modification assistance to customers since we are a compliance company but we do have relationships with many reputable loan modification companies throughout the US and would be happy to refer you to one. We only refer our clients to companies that have an “A-” rating or higher with the Better Business Bureau and are also an Accredited Business with the BBB as well. Most of the companies we refer to also maintain an Accreditation with National Home Loan Advocacy as well which is a consumer watchdog for this industry.
